The first 2BS Forum attracted over two hundred participants in 2011 and was recognized as one of the biggest and the best events dealing with security issues in this region and beyond. The second 2BS Forum has a tendency to improve in many aspects and overcome set standards.
Two weeks after the NATO Chicago Summit the 2BS Forum 2012 will provide political and expert elites a perfect platform to engage in fruitful discussions about the key issues that will be addressed at the Chicago Summit. 2BS Forum will tackle the global economic crisis and its effects on the worlds’ security. Forum’s goal is to encourage significant discussion regarding the most important dilemmas in the field of international security and cooperation.

Legend says that Budva was founded by Cadmo, son of the Phoenician King Agenon, after he was expelled from Thebes. This town is considered one of the oldest on the Adriatic.

Team of the Atlantic Council of Montenegro with its partners has been working hard to put together the agenda of the second 2BS Forum. At this moment we will present you just a few of planned topics. We sincerely hope to be able to welcome you to an inspiring debate and to an equally invigorating setting of the town of Budva, which is the metropolis of Montenegrin tourism.
